Induction and training of Newly Qualified Teachers

This course comprised of three full-day sessions and its aim was to provide schools with the means of enhancing their own structured programme of induction for newly-qualified teachers (NQTs). Crucially, the events allowed NQTs to meet colleagues setting out on their career as a teacher, and to discuss and compare formally and informally the challenges and experiences over the year of statutory induction.

Upon competition of this course, Johnathan was awarded Qualified Teacher Status.
